Join me Saturday, May 16 at 9am for a free 45-minute mat Pilates class Bull City Running Co., in conjunction with the Running of the Bulls Course Preview. We'll work on mobility, strength, and the body awareness that makes the difference between grinding through a run and actually moving well.
