Durham Area Masters Aquatics (DAMA) is a Masters swim team, located in Durham, North Carolina. What kind of swimmers swim with DAMA? All kinds! Why join DAMA?

DAMA swimmers include both recreational and competitive swimmers, new and experienced swimmers, triathletes, and fitness swimmers of all levels who are interested in working out with a group. DAMA offers tailored workouts for a wide range of abilities. Our flexible format and strong social interaction help create an upbeat, motivational setting for practice, in addition to strong bonds and a sense

of community among team members. We participate in pool competitions, open water swims, triathlons, and more.

Friendly reminder that tomorrow, Friday morning, will be the last DAMA practice at Campus Hills until September 2. Beginning Saturday, August 9, the remaining August practices will be held at Edison Johnson Pool at their normal times. See you there!
