I know it's been a really long time since I've posted....I will try to post as many updates in the coming weeks as possible! Today I have an exciting one!!! Congratulations Hana for her first giants on the regular bar last night! Proud of you girl!!!!!

don't forget to watch the gymnastics world championships at noon tomorrow live on NBCSports.com!!!! Or you can watch a recorded option at 1pm on the Olympic Chanel! We start on floor with the competition order as follows:

Floor exercise: McCallum, Lee, Carey, Biles
Vault: Lee, McCallum, Carey, Biles
Uneven bars: Eaker, McCallum, Biles, Lee
Balance beam: McCallum, Lee, Eaker, Biles

This is a preview of what we will likely see at the Olympics next year, so don't this amazing display of the world's best gymnasts in action!!!!

Congratulations Juliana for doing her first giant on the single rail!!!! Still have to work on shaping the downswing which will help the timing of the tap, however, this is a very safe and solid first attempt and I couldn't be happier for her! Proud of all the hard work and for conquering her fears!!!

CONGRATS AVA on making her kip multiple times on Sunday! I think she made one kip over a month ago (before I started coaching), but she made it consistently last night!!!! The look on her face at the end says it all!!!! Way to go girl!!!!
