Gunnar Cycles, USA is a brand built by and at the Waterford Precision Cycles factory in Waterford, WI. Gunnar is named after our dearly departed shop dog, Gunnar, who exemplified, values we hold dear: loyalty, enthusiasm and durability. This Gunnar Sport Rim is just stunning and it was an absolute pleasure working with josh weinberg to bring this MADE show bike to life! Designed around mid-reach braking with the ability to run 38c tires!

Outfitted with SILCA offerings, including their newest Protocol tires, rolling on the Hunt Bike Wheels | Road 36 Carbon Wide Aero wheels. 🄿🄰🅄🄻 ᴄᴏᴍᴘᴏɴᴇɴᴛ ᴇɴɢɪɴᴇᴇʀɪɴɢ Racer brakes for tire clearance and White Industries components to bring everything together.

MADE Show Day-2 the books!

So many phenomenal conversations were had! This one-off titanium Rockhound hardtail was the topic of many of those conversations!

Built as a single speed version of a rowdy hardtail with Wheels Manufacturing component offerings rolling on ENVE MTB hardware!

With the MADE show only a few days away, we are beyond excited to be back this year and showcasing our bikes alongside so many other talented builders!!

Last year was our first time attending the show and we were taken back with the warm welcome we received knowing the brand was back in operation.

In anticipation leading up to the show, we’re sharing some of our bike builds from the show.

The last bike in our series is this Fastlane All-Road plus bike Built using Reynolds 853 tubing and designed to push the boundaries. UDH dropouts, clearance for 40c tires with fenders and 44t 1x front chainring! Finished in an absolutely stunning bass boat red color that Pop’s at every angle!

With the MADE show next weekend we are beyond excited to be back this year and showcasing our bikes alongside so many other talented builders!!

Last year was our first time attending the show and we were taken back with the warm welcome we received knowing the brand was back in operation.

In anticipation leading up to the show, we’re sharing some of our bike builds from the show.

The next bike in our series is the gorgeous Wineberry Rockhound hardtail. Custom geometry around 140mm travel fork & clearance for 29x2.6” tires. Partnering with Berd Spokes and Industry Nine to bring a custom wheelset and color scheme to life!

With the MADE show next weekend we are beyond excited to be back this year and showcasing our bikes alongside so many other talented builders!!

In anticipation leading up to the show, we’re sharing some of our bike builds from the show.

This Hyper-X Gravel bike was built using Reynolds 853 tubing and design with the modern gravel rider in mind. UDH dropouts, clearance for 50c tires and 44t 1x front chainring! The colors complement each other that makes this bike POP!
