Go Get It Helping you be strong for the many activities you enjoy. No two people are the same, so one's path to any goal won't be the same as another's.

That's why we call it "Personal Training". It's NOT just for losing weight or getting fit, it's anything from starting a healthy lifestyle, building strength, improving performance, correcting posture/movement, training with injury, to anything you can think of through a goal-based program designed for only YOU. eens College in New York City, I found my passion for health and fitness when I came back to Durango and began to explore the Exercise Science and Athletic Training departments. Around the same time I had been assistant coaching a small local Track and Field team for two seasons but I did not return for a third season because I became a part of the new Varsity Women's Track and Field team at Fort Lewis College, primarily as a sprinter and high jumper. I held the team's first ever high jump record for two years. All while I was invested in this new Track and Field team, I was completing my Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training (sports medicine) and Exercise Science. I became an NCSF-certified personal trainer and later a BARRE instructor. I have a drive for health and fitness and want to share it with everyone! Personal training is my opportunity to do just that.
