You’ve been told that the key to losing weight is counting calories and weighing every bite.
But it’s one of the most unnatural, stressful, and ineffective things you can do.

But calorie-counting keeps you chained to numbers and scales instead of tuning in to your body.

✅ Prioritize protein first — eat beef, fish, eggs, wild game.
✅ Add in whole vegetables and healthy fats after.
✅ Ditch the stress, the tracking apps, and the mental math.
When you eat like your ancestors — you lower stress hormones, build muscle, and unlock natural fat loss.
