The Southwest Colorado Snowboard and Freeski Series is one of 32 Series across the Country that make up the United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association (USASA)
The SW Colorado Series is proud to be able to represent the recreational and competitive interests of amateur snowboarding and freeskiing in the Southwest Colorado Area. Our goal is to promote Safe, Fair, & Fun events while
fostering a competitive spirit in our athletes. Athletes in our Series compete to earn points towards National Championship invites. National Championships are held at Copper Mountain, Colorado at the end of March each year. Our Series membership includes over 160 competitors with 85% ages 16 and below. We have a great mix of boys and girls competing in our series, with age groups broken down by gender and ages. We hold Snowboard and Freeski competitions at all of our area resorts, including Purgatory Resort, Telluride, Crested Butte and Powderhorn Mountain Resort. Events/Competitions we hold include:
