Seeking instant gratification will keep you stuck at the bottom, often times it keeps people from taking the small steps that will actually lead them to success.
If you want to lose 10-20+ lbs it’s not going to happen overnight just because you did some cardio, lifted weights, and had chicken & broccoli for dinner 🤷🏻♂️
If you want to go from barley touching the rim to being able dunk, you can’t do one workout and expect to be windmill dunking the next day.
You have to learn to stack the small wins together consistently every single day, and then the results will come 💯
