Congratulations to our Panther Athletes who competed at the WIAA State Track & Field Championships this past weekend!
Jaxson Weiss was the State Runner up in the 100M Dash with a time of 10.88 breaking his own school record!!
Mallory Bauer took 5th place in Discus with a PR throw of 128’!!
Connor’s main event of the 3200m run took place Saturday morning after a long weather delay and eventually a cancellation of the afternoon events. He took 9th place overall with a PR time of 9:46.38!!
The boys 4x800M Relay consisting of Alex Brantner, Alex Hagness, Connor Davidson, and Zayne Richardson took 12th overall with a PR time of 8:21.84!!
Jaxson also took 9th overall in the long jump after a scratch jump that would have put him over 22 feet!
Connor Davidson also took 13th in the 1600m run with a time of 4:36.78 in some tough heat and after running the 3200m that morning due to weather!!
Congratulations to all athletes on their amazing season and for representing Durand with pride! Make sure to come out to Fun Fest today as Mallory and Jaxson will be represented in the parade and wish them a congratulations!
