Join us on May 2nd from 9–10 AM for a peaceful yoga session surrounded by towering pines and fresh air. Led by .norman.yoga, this is your chance to slow down, reset, and reconnect with nature in a truly calming setting.

Whether you’re starting your morning grounded or just looking for a quiet moment in your day, this is the kind of space you don’t come across often.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ve got you covered with an indoor space so you can still enjoy the experience.

I’m back teaching yoga on Tuesdays in Durand starting tonight! Thank you to for teaching and keeping this small town yoga class going while I took a hiatus to welcome our baby boy. Marcy and I both graduated from teacher training program in different years and have both loved sharing yoga with the students that show up to this class. They are the sweetest, most welcoming group of people we could ever wish for and I can’t wait to practice with them again tonight! We had a great time catching up yesterday at the wonderful

Thanks to all who came out for today’s yoga & lunch! It’s bittersweet that it’s the last one for awhile, but I’m so grateful to everyone who has gathered in this beautiful space to move & breathe & enjoy pizza, the staff, and .langman and .m.w for their help behind the scenes! 💕🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏼
