Caretaking shifts so much - how you spend your time, how you show up, and often, how much of yourself you give away.
We asked one of our instructors how movement has shaped her relationships with the people she loves:
“Movement is medicine - not just for the body, but for the mind. Whether it’s a walk with family, a spontaneous dance break, or a Pilates class with a friend, it’s in those moments we feel more connected and create lasting memories together.”
A reminder that movement can be one of the ways we return to ourselves, even in the smallest, most intentional moments.
