What are DELOAD days? When we deload we reduce the intensity of our workouts, allowing for our bodies to rest and recover to improve performance! But we make the best use of your time here at FT! We work with you to test your fitness aptitude every 6-7 weeks, reassess your 3D Styku evaluations, and take care of updating your nutritional needs by using your recent body metrics. All this is performed for a well rounded approach to your health and wellness!
