Hey girls, just a PSA Saturday class will be canceled this week due to preparation for Murph! If anyone would like to volunteer any time Saturday from 9:45-11:45 for cleaning/prep it would be greatly appreciated please message individually if so!

As we gather this Memorial Day with our families and community, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Because of their courage and selflessness, we are able to live, love, gather, and celebrate the blessings of this great nation.

This year’s Murph is dedicated not only to challenging ourselves physically, but also to remembering those who gave everything for all of us.

May we never forget the fallen. 🇺🇸
