If you told me 10 years ago that I would work out without a shirt and without shame I wouldn’t have believed you. The amount of confidence I have now that I DONT CARE what others feel or say. I’m now a personal trainer, that has helped so many people reach their goals and a great mama to 2 babies that I get to feed positivity and healthy habits to 🫶🏼
