Long Range Sixgunning:
While it is quite possible to hit at distance standing on your feet, it takes a whole bunch of things, from your head to your toes to be doing everything right to make hits. The classic Elmer Keith Seated Backrest position takes out a lot of the variables, by locking your hands between your knees and letting you focus on the 2 most important things required to make hits; the sights and the trigger. Repeatability is what we strive for, and the Seated Backrest position will help you get it. Here I am shooting at 250 yards, with my son Lu spotting for me.
