We're so excited to introduce you to this week's , Natalia Estevez! 💜

Miss Natalia has been with the Y for nearly 5 months, and she loves getting to see the children in her classroom learn and grow! 🌱👓

When she's not working, Natalia enjoys taking night drives, hanging out with family, and listening to new music!

Great news! 🎉 The Greater Scranton YMCA has been awarded a $4,000 grant from the BK5K Fund of the Winona Community Foundation to support our Year-Round Food Program.

At the Y, we believe every child deserves access to a nutritious meal, no matter their family's circumstances. This grant goes directly toward the cost of food for the more than 350 children we serve each year through our Early Learning Centers, Y-PALS preschool, Before and After School Care, and Summer Scholars programs.

Thank you, Scranton BK5K and Winona Community Foundation, for investing in the children in our community. 💙

Meet Lindsay Cuevas, Community Care Worker with The Greater Scranton YMCA's Wellbeing Initiative and this week's !
Lindsay has been with our team for a little over a year, and she loves getting to head out into the community to meet new people and learn more about the challenges facing our neighbors.

In her free time, you can probably find Lindsay outside with her family, her dogs, and her chickens!
