It is always an honor to gather together with this amazing group of patriots to suffer together and remember the fallen. Today, we use the workout Murph to bring the gap between us (soft, comfy civilians) and them (those hard men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice). Thank you to all who came to take part in our most important tradition.

This guy….shows up early to class and gets his first bar muscle up when no one is looking🙄 like a knucklehead. So of course we made him try again AFTER the worst workout ever! Great job Loren!!
