Hey facebook friends! Everyone knows that in this day and time how important it is to vote. This year, Richard Smith is running for state representative. He is ready help make a change and help all the people in our area. If you are in Sequatchie, Rhea, Bledsoe or Van Buren county please get out and vote. Voter registration deadline is July 2nd and Election day is August 1st. Let's all get out and support him and make a difference!

We are excited to announce Valley Hydration, LLC vitamin therapy and rejuvenation will be at The Body Shop Fitness Center Monday August 21, 2023 from 8-4. They will be offering injections and drips. Members will receive a discount.

If you are 65 or older, did you know that your insurance may pay for your membership? All you need to do is call your insurance company and ask what fitness program they participate in. Then come in or call Amy at 423-949-9600 and she will be happy to help you.
