IMPORTANT NOTICE – ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY IN EFFECT
As the founder of CITBBL and director of this tournament, this message is being issued to address ongoing and unacceptable behavior from spectators.
Effective immediately, there is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for all parents and spectators.

Any individual who:
Argues with or berates umpires
Taunts players in any way
Uses profanity or creates a disruptive environment
Exhibits unsportsmanlike conduct
will be immediately removed from the facility—no warnings.

If any parent or spectator is ejected:
Play will stop immediately ALL parents and spectators associated with that team will be required to leave before the game resume.
The head coach will be ejected for the remainder of that game AND the following game if the team advances

This is not a suggestion—this will be enforced.
It is completely unacceptable that adults are taunting children or challenging umpires throughout games. Our umpires will be treated with respect. Players will not be subjected to embarrassment caused by adult behavior. This environment will be controlled and appropriate for youth sports—period.

Let me be clear: this is youth baseball. It is about the players, not the adults. If you cannot control your behavior, you will not remain at the field.

No call will ever be perfect. Not every decision will go your way. That is part of the game. What is not part of the game is adults creating a negative, hostile, or disrespectful atmosphere. You are expected to act like professionals and role models. If you fail to do so, you will leave.

To those who consistently support the players in a respectful and positive manner—thank you. Your behavior represents what this league is supposed to be.

However, due to escalating issues throughout the week, this directive is necessary and will be enforced without exception.

We will finish this tournament with discipline, sportsmanship, and respect—or individuals will not participate as spectators.
No exceptions.

2026 CITBBL Tournament starts next week:
June 22nd - June 28th

12U High B, 12 U Low B, 13U A, 14U A and 14U B will be played at West Wood Park in Morton, IL

13U B will be played at Central Jr High School in East Peoria, IL and West Wood Park in Morton, IL

CITBBL’s very own CITBBL Academy 15U team had a great weekend going 4-1 bringing home 2nd place in PrimeTime Illinois State High School Opener! Great jobs boys.

Wish them luck as they head to South Bend, IN for the PerfectGame Irish Elite @ Notre Dame University next week.

Good Afternoon!

It been awhile but we have some exciting news. Our 15U coaches for the CITBBL Academy team have a few months before our season starts and would really like to help kids grow and continue to develop their talents! If you have any interest in your kids working with coaches that have played at the college level, and coached at the college level and have a true passion for the game this is your opportunity.
