Poston’s Fitness for Life is Calvert County’s premiere source for personalized fitness training. We pride ourselves on the client experience through our certifications and exceptional experience. We work with clients at all fitness levels including high school athletes, senior citizens and ch

ildren. We want to make a positive impact in our community so we often host health and wellness events; and participate in community-based events that help our neighbors in need. Our fitness programs consist of strength, balance, flexibility, speed & agility, coordination and performance training. We can tailor one-time fitness workshops or long-term programs for you, your family, friends, business or non-profit organization. So what is “Fitness for Life”? To us, “fitness for life” means exercise to help you get through your normal day’s work; exercise to improve your performance in whatever it is that you play; exercise to improve your health and well-being; and exercise to make you reach your fullest potential, feel good about yourself, and be able to fulfill the true meaning of happiness. 3 Rounds of Cable Chest Presses, Flys and Crossovers.
Followed that with 3 sets of Machine Leg Extensions and Straight Leg Calf Raises.
Finished with Cable Triceps Rope Press-downs and Overhead Extensions.
