Welp second stop of the National Walleye Tour definitely did not go as planned on lake Oahe. It was an all out battle with with high winds making it very tough to make the perfect cast and stay on the fish. Ended up in 65th place after only weighing 3 today.

Overall it was a fun week, Oahe is an incredible fishery. Check out this 14 pounder I caught in practice on a #7 Pearl White jigging rap.

Derby season has started and I couldn’t be more excited!! Will and I had a great start to the season taking 4th in The Freeze Your Butt Off Tournament. Definitely always a great event to kick off the year and see the boys.
