🤔 so… what even IS Mvmt Coaching??? Well, the answer to that is both incredibly simple & super complicated — it is whatever you need it to be when you walk through the door!!
There are a whole bunch of techniques and approaches we might incorporate into your sessions depending on what your movement goal is — which could be nearly anything, including reducing pain, increasing mobility, aging independently, or even just figuring out how to build a sustainable movement practice for yourself!
We might use methods such as strength training, muscular conditioning, breathwork, somatic & embodied movement exercises, functional movement training, muscle recovery techniques, guided & restorative movement practices, and so much more!
The overall goal for these sessions (on top of any personal goals that you come in with) is that you leave with more knowledge than you came in with, feeling more empowered and more connected to your body than ever before!
