Goood morning everyone! Its LEG DAY!! One thing I would like to mention if you’re having trouble growing your legs, or any body part for that matter is: CONTROL YOUR TEMPO. Often times I see people training way to fast. You need to slow down and focus on the mucle thats being trained. Training hard is one thing, but training EFFECTIVELY is more important.
For example, if you’re squatting. Dont just fall towards the ground in a squat position. Control yourself. Think “1..2..3 down” then drive the weight back up.
