☀️ SUMMER HOURS ARE HERE ☀️

Starting tomorrow, we’re officially switching to our summer schedule at Upstate Power House through the start of school in August! ⚾🥎💪

Whether you’re getting extra reps in, booking cage time, or staying game-ready all summer long — we’ve got time slots ready for you.

🕙 Summer Hours:
Monday–Friday: 10am–12pm & 4pm–8pm
Saturday: 10am–12pm
Sunday: 2pm–6pm

Be sure to book your lane time online before spots fill up! DM us if you need to schedule something off-hours.

Keeping young athletes healthy and performing at a high level takes more than just working harder in the gym. 💪

This summer we are hosting Sentinel Physical Therapy’s training program for athletes 14+. The program is focused on strength, stability, mobility, and athletic development in a structured environment led by former D1 athlete and our resident physical therapist, Dr. Dylan Kipp.

The goal is simple: help athletes move better, build strength safely, and prepare for their upcoming season.

Sessions begin June 10th here at UPH and run weekly throughout the summer. ☀️
