⚾Coach Jimmy Miller takes on DHS Baseball! ⚾

Coach Jimmy Miller, Duncan's Head Softball Coach and the voice behind basketball and baseball game announcements, is adding a new role for 2026-2027 — Head Baseball Coach.

Baseball Coaching Experience:
14 years as baseball head coach
5 years as junior high baseball head coach
2 years as high school baseball assistant

What He Hopes Players Learn:
"I hope our players learn the value of gaining through work and how to respond in times of failure."

Coach Miller's Most Influential Coaches and Mentors:

My dad – Taught me how to teach and honestly care for those who work for you.

Greg Gothard – Taught me how to be a Godly coach and lead and build a team.

Eddie Collins – Hall of Fame Baseball coach from Latta. Taught me a lot about culture and how to do things right every day.

We're so excited to have Coach Miller leading our baseball program and can't wait to see what the next season brings! 🎉⚾
