No matter your fitness background, training is individually specialized to fit your needs and goals. We are all different and this is not your cookie cutter one size fits all program. The same goes for nutrition. You will not get the same diet or portions of any other person. All plans are made to fit each individuals needs and goals. I believe in putting yourself and your health first. What are you doing this summer/this year for yourself? What goal do you have in mind? What do you find can deter your plans?

If you have a moment, try this exercise. Write down your ultimate WHY! Your WHY is the reason to finally accomplish your health goals and dreams and everything else you want to accomplish but have been procrastinating with.

Example: This year you put on extra weight and your doctor said if you don’t lose it and get healthier you’ll be more at risk for deadly diseases such as heart disease. You have kids/spouse and a family who couldn’t imagine a world without you
you also kinda love being alive â˜ș. Your ultimate WHY could be your kids, spouse and family and also yourself or it could be for yourself PERIOD. Longevity!

Now that you have discovered your WHY
write down a few things which tend to get you off track. Next write down a few things you’ll use to get away from these distractions/triggers.

Create a plan! If you know you don’t usually do well alone, get yourself an accountability partner and/or accountability group and/or a coach and get started on your healthiest self. Health is deeper than how good you look. Remember that. True Health is connected 
mind, body and spirit.
