We are proud to recognize our Demonettes who finished in the Top 10% of their class academically! Your hard work, discipline, and commitment continue to set the standard for what it means to be a student-athlete.
A special accomplishment for our program:
🧡 4 freshman basketball players ranked in the Top 13 of their class: Bently Hubbard, Paige Powers, Alyssa Rodriguez, and Yadira Cruz-Soto
🖤 2 sophomores ranked in top 12: Bella Longoria and Heidi Winegarner
🧡 1 senior ranked in top 10: Marely Balderrama

Congratulations to Marely Balderrama for receiving the Scholar Athlete award for DHS. She has the highest GPA of all athletes at DHS and is ranked 4th in her class. It takes a lot of hard work to be a student-athlete and Marely has gone above and beyond in the classroom and on the court.
