Summer Learn to Play for ALLLLLL AGESSSS starts today!

Check out all this awesome gear we've been collecting for the community! The collection originated from a Wild Gives Back gear drive last year & recently grew thanks to Duluth Marshall Boys Hockey senior, Bennett's, gear drive project!

Essentia Duluth Heritage Center | Sports and Recreation Facility and Mars Lakeview Arena have collection boxes in the lobby. Please drop your used gear all summer!

FREE GEAR SWAP is Sunday 9/13 from 2-4pm Essentia Duluth Heritage Center | Sports and Recreation Facility

Have any used hockey gear that's taking up space? Please donate it!

All equipment donated will be available for public pick up at the Gear Swap event on 9/13 from 2-4pm . The remaining gear will be used for participants of the Learn to Play Hockey program for all ages.

Two drop-off sites are in the lobby at and from June 1st to September 12th.

Thank you to our rink partners and for their help with pick up and storage!

Amsoil Arena is again hosting the NCAA Women's Frozen Four in March. Come April, Minnesota will welcome the IIHF back to the state for the Under-18 Men's World Championship in Duluth.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

One of our favorite Learn to Play stories this season is about a mom who wanted to join the program for herself to learn more about the game. She was hoping her daughter wanted to join, but it didn't happen - and that's okay! Mom has grown so much as a player the last 8 weeks 💪🏽💪🏽

Moms, remember to fill your cups first so you won't empty while helping others.

Thank you to Senior Hockey Player Bennett Scissons for this amazing donation of used gear to the Learn to Play program! As a senior project Bennett ran a used equipment drive last month and held a public pick up day!

A word from Bennett about the project:
My name is Bennett Scissons, and I am a senior hockey player at Duluth Marshall. I grew up playing at Glen Avon and was a part of DAHA from ice mites through bantams. For my senior project, I wanted to give back to the Duluth hockey community by making hockey more accessible and affordable for families.

Thank you Bennett! We agree with him and will be helping to start an annual used equipment drive for all of DAHA this summer. Stay tuned for more information!
