We heard and listened ... ALL AGES can sign up for the Learn to Skate now!

Get ready for your new team, league or neighborhood outdoor rink!

Open to all children between the ages 4-10 (as of September 20, 2026) residing within ISD 709/City of Duluth boundaries who are new to skating and have never played organized hockey.

Have any used hockey gear that's taking up space? Please donate it!

All equipment donated will be available for public pick up at the Gear Swap event on 9/13 from 2-4pm . The remaining gear will be used for participants of the Learn to Play Hockey program for all ages.

Two drop-off sites are in the lobby at and from June 1st to September 12th.

Whether you are introducing your toddler to the ice or stepping out yourself as an adult, the Duluth Figure Skating Club has a spot for you!

For Beginners & Tots: Classes specifically designed for young kids starting with Snowplow Tots through Basic levels.
For Kids and Teens: we offer Basic 1–6 & Freeskate core fundamentals, edge work, and turns to master the ice.
For Adults: Dedicated adult sessions, it’s never too early or too late to learn!

Ready to Level Up? Already loving the ice? Talk to your LTS coach about Academy Program prerequisites to take your technique to the next level.

Our Program Director, Ashley Hirt, and DAHA Director of Operations and Administration, Clare Markley, attended the Wild Gives Back Giving Celly event yesterday!! ♥️💚

Why? Because Duluth Amateur Hockey Association was selected to receive a $20,000 grant to help support our program and the new no travel recreation hockey league for Squirts/ 10U kids in the Duluth area!!!!! 🥅🏒 🎉👏🏽👏🏽

Thank you Ashley and Head Coach, Jason Hirt, for applying for the grant, and for all DAHA staff assistance in making this happen. Thank you to Wild Gives Back and Minnesota Hockey for their support and belief in tremendous benefit these programs will bring to our entire community! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Wild fans, donors, corporate, community and hockey partners, the Minnesota Wild announced today that the Minnesota Wild Foundation distributed a record-high total of $2,111,247 through grants and Split the Pot Raffle proceeds to local charities during the 2025-26 season.
