The Summer Sporting Clays season is officially open, and Wednesday afternoon was an absolute blast! It was great seeing so many familiar faces out on the course breaking clays, catching up with friends, and locking in those first league scores of the season.
Missed out?? Don't worry, there’s still plenty of time to get in on the fun this week! We are open Tomorrow (Thursday) from noon until dusk.
Come out, smash some targets, and enjoy the beautiful weather!

A huge thank you to the 119 folks who joined us this past Saturday, May 23rd, for the Northwoods 200! The weather was definitely on the cooler side, but the rain held off and it turned out to be a beautiful day at Old Vermilion Trail.
A few special shout-outs from the event:
High Over All: A big congratulations to Tyler Melloy for taking home the HOA title with an incredible score of 180! Outstanding shooting, Tyler!
Lunch: Thank you to Valentini’s for keeping everyone warm and well-fed with a fantastic lunch.
Burt, Brian, and the entire OVT staff appreciate every single one of you who came out to make this event such a success. We loved seeing everyone have a great day out on the course busting clays.
We are making plans and looking forward to hosting you all again for the Northwoods 200 in 2027!

Old Vermilion Trail is opening for the summer sporting clays season on Tuesday, May 26th! Grab your gear, call your shooting buddies, and come out to enjoy the beautiful Minnesota summer weather and bust some clays.
Summer Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from noon to dusk.
If you are planning to join us for the competitive season, summer leagues will officially start on June 2nd. Get your teams ready—it's going to be a fantastic season of competition and camaraderie!
