Classes are offered in varying degrees of heat and humidity. Vinyasa Yoga can also be referred to as Power Yoga. Duluth Yoga places extra emphasis on breath, thoughtful movement and the practice of connecting the two together. UPDATED POLICY:

Going forward, please cancel your class at least 12 hours before class time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will be subject to a $10 late cancellation fee.

A few reminders to keep our studio a peaceful, welcoming space for everyone. 🤍

Give yourself a few extra minutes to check in, get settled, and find your spot. Your practice starts the moment you walk through the door.

Sweat is encouraged! However, we ask that you wipe down your space after class in case you’ve left some extra puddles. Help out our staff by returning props back to where you found them!

Help create a peaceful environment by keeping conversations low, especially during class. Let the studio be a space to slow down and unplug.

Give yourself permission to disconnect. Keep your phone on silent and tucked away so you can be fully present in your practice.

You’ve already made it through class, give yourself a few extra minutes to simply be.

We understand that life happens… If you know you need to leave class early, please let your instructor know ahead of time!

We’re all here for different reasons and at different points in our practice. Lead with kindness, give each other space, and remember that we’re all on the same team.
