We’ve have been doing some construction/renovations and we will have two office spaces available to lease around the first week of June! Those interested will have 24/7 access to all equipment and amenities for themselves and their clients, a broad referral system, ample parking, and the opportunity to grow your business in a premium gym located right by the bustling Craft District.

We are looking for people who have businesses that are in or synonymous to the fitness industry, are compassionate, have a strong sense of integrity, and want to be a part of our community! Details:

Office 1:

-11x12ft
-Located close to the lobby.
-Ready around first week of June.
-Brick wall!
-Unfurnished

Office 2:

-A little over 12x13ft
-Located in the back of the gym by the functional training area.
-15ft vaulted ceilings & brick walls. Will be adding sconce lighting and wood PVC flooring.
-Currently finishing renovations, should be done in a couple weeks.
-Unfurnished

Requirements:

- 12 month minimum lease length
- Clean background check
- Ethical business practices and strong integrity
- Business in or related to the fitness/wellness industry
- Not a personal trainer or physical therapist, we have those bases covered!

💪💪Strengthening our Community Donation Drives are back! 💪💪

The first organization that we are organizing a drive for in 2026 is . This is an organization near and dear to us as this was Kylee’s employer for years before we pursued building Northland.

Through the month of February we are asking for donations for First Witness to utilize during their work with children and families who are navigating through experiencing child abuse and maltreatment.

As a thank you, every member who donates is invited to fill out a raffler ticket for a change to win a FREE month of membership! Find the raffle box about the donation drop box right outside of the trainers office!

What is First Witness Child Advocacy Center?
“First Witness CAC brings together a collaborative multidisciplinary team of professionals made up of law enforcement, social workers, doctors, therapists, advocates, prosecutors, and public defender’s office. Our dedicated team members work together to investigate child abuse and coordinate needed services.
We provide forensically sound interviews for children, adolescents, and vulnerable adults who have reported sexual abuse, physical abuse, witnessed violence, or who may have been otherwise victimized. Our interviews provide a safe and comfortable space for victims to talk about the abuse in one video recorded interview by a trained professional.

The report of abuse is not the end but rather the beginning. Our family advocates help parents understand the system and professionals involved and connect children and families with resources in their community. First Witness CAC offers in-depth initial and ongoing advocacy for children and families.”
