The reason most ladies don’t get the results your looking to get is because your failing to do the things that’s required to see real results! Not getting enough sleep will throw off your hormones and cause you not to be able to build muscle and recover like your supposed to. Lack of sleep raises cortisol levels 🤦🏿‍♂️.

Not resting in between sets depending on the workout your doing will increase injury and you will fatigue wayyy faster.

Training the same muscles group 2 times per week gives you better results to start seeing more definition in muscles.

Cardio 3-5 time a week will help burn more calories and improve muscle growth in legs. It’s never about the intensity but more about the consistency!

This Sunday at 7:30 pm (est) I will be hosting a FREE Wieght Loss and Muscle Building Class Online For Women Over 30 Thats Having Trouble Getting The Results That They Want.
