Round 8 of the Road N' Plate Palm Rat Golf Series kicked off with a highly competitive sprint race. Joseph M Cline put on a clinic, starting from the pole position and leading all 9 laps to secure the victory. He was heavily pressured by Michael C McCoy, who crossed the finish line just 0.054 seconds behind him in a thrilling photo finish. Jonny Rapp completed the podium in third, while points leader Matt Schlosser and Darlington winner Chris Smith rounded out the top five. The excitement carried right into the main event which consisted of a 21-lap feature race. This longer format shook up the field, showcasing excellent hard-charging performances and strategic endurance. The Road N' Plate Series rolled into Talladega Superspeedway for an action-packed double-header, beginning with a chaotic 16-lap event. Driving NASCAR Trucks, 27 drivers faced off in a highly competitive race that featured seven lead changes among six different leaders, including Jonny Rapp, who led a race-high 5 laps. The 21-minute sprint was heavily disrupted by two caution periods totaling 5 laps. Ultimately, Jimmy R Moore put on a masterclass in drafting and track positioning; despite starting deep in the field at 20th, he sliced through the pack, led 4 laps, and narrowly secured the victory with a razor-thin 0.0244-second margin over runner-up Sean Johnson. Randy Gross rounded out the podium in third, while Matt Schlosser and George J Jackson filled out the top five.

The excitement continued as the field reset for a grueling 32-lap main event. This longer race proved to be a test of endurance and strategy, clocking in at just over 46 minutes. In a touching tribute to the legendary driver, no fewer than 12 drivers on the grid completely altered their truck appearances, running classic Kyle Busch NASCAR paint schemes to honor his unmatched legacy and incredible impact on the sport.

The Sprint Race at Circuito de Navarra was a brisk 15-lap event that saw Jimmy R Moore (running the #51 instead of his usual #12 as a tribute to Kyle Busch) claim victory from a 2nd-place starting position.
