⚓Our current captain is moving on to his next adventure.
The Tailwalker crew is officially looking for a top-tier, full-time Captain to take the helm of our 26ft Yellowfin, Tailwalker 2!
We run out of Hawks Cay Marina and pride ourselves on operating the most versatile charter boat in the Florida Keys.We need a captain who can do it all. You must be able to confidently transition between:
Offshore: Chasing mahi, tuna, and sailfish.
The Reef: Pulling up snapper and grouper.
Inshore: Targeting tarpon, bonefish, and permit.
What we are looking for:
Valid USCG Captain’s License.Extensive knowledge of Middle Keys waters and fishing techniques. Exceptional customer service skills to give charter guests an elite experience. Strict attention to boat maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. This is a full-time, high-volume charter position.
