There are moments when it’s difficult to put into words what a season truly means.
As our second season comes to a close, we simply want to say one thing…

To Miners Nation, thank you for believing in this organization. You filled the stands, traveled to away games, proudly wore our colors, and created an atmosphere that made every home game at Chalmers Field special. Your passion and unwavering support have helped shape the identity of the Dubuque Miners.
To our players, thank you for your commitment, sacrifice, and belief in one another. Every practice after work, every workout, every meeting and every snap helped build something truly special. After finishing 1-7 in our inaugural season, this group responded with an 8-3 record, a 6-2 MWUF league finish, and a well earned playoff berth. More importantly, you built a culture and brotherhood that will continue to define this organization for years to come.
To our coaching staff, thank you for the countless hours invested behind the scenes. The preparation, recruiting, film study, and dedication to developing our athletes both on and off the field are the reasons this program continues to move forward. Your commitment has made an immeasurable impact on this organization.
To our Board of Directors, volunteers, photographers, videographers, announcers, chain crew, scoreboard operators, ticket booth staff, concessions team, merchandise crew, and every person who worked behind the scenes, thank you. While much of your work goes unseen, none of this would be possible without you. You are the backbone of this organization.
To the University of Dubuque, thank you for welcoming us to Chalmers Field and allowing us to call one of the finest facilities in the region our home. Your partnership has meant far more than simply providing a place to play football. From the outstanding game day facilities to the support of your staff behind the scenes, you’ve helped create an experience our players, coaches, fans, sponsors, and visiting teams can all be proud of. We are incredibly grateful for your trust, hospitality, and continued partnership as we work together to grow the game of football and positively represent the Dubuque community.
To our incredible sponsors and community partners, thank you for believing in our mission. Your support extends far beyond football. Together, we’ve continued to invest in our community, create opportunities for others, and prove what can happen when local organizations work together toward a common goal.
Finally, to the entire tri-state community, thank you. Whether you attended a game, volunteered at an event, partnered with us, or simply shared in our journey, you became part of this season. This organization has always stood for something greater than football. It’s about serving our community, creating opportunities, and representing Dubuque with pride wherever we go.
This season will be remembered not just for an 8-3 record or a playoff berth, but for the people who made it possible.

While our journey ended sooner than we had hoped, this is only another step in building something that will continue to make Dubuque proud. The foundation has been laid, and together, we will continue building on it.
