SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Dubuque native Amanda Bruse will be dropping in Thursday and Friday night at 6:30pm to teach some classes. Amanda is a high level competitor, a UFC BJJ athlete, multiple time Worlds medalist and IBJJF nogi Pans champion.

Classes are free to current members and tac team affiliates. $40 to non members.
