Follow B-1 Yoga to keep in the know!

Important update for the new and improved B1 and B1 Back Space 🤍

B1 Yoga and The Back Space are officially becoming one!

While we've always been under one owner, we operated The Back Space as its own separate place and separate page since opening.

Going forward, we'll be combining everything into one place. This means our Back Space page will soon no longer be active, and all updates for both B1 locations (a heated and a non heated studio) will be shared under B1 Yoga to keep it less confusing!

We're also simplifying our studio experience. The Back Space will now serve as our second non-heated yoga studio, giving you TWO studio spaces under ONE membership.

The Back Space STILL DOUBLES AS AN AWESOME EVENT SPACE on the weekends and is available for rent with or without amazing drink packages and/or a bartender courtesy of our sister business,

PLUS, you can bring in your own food 😉

We’ve got seating for up to 50!

We've been working hard behind the scenes to simplify, streamline, and create the best possible experience for our community. We can't wait to continue growing with you! 🤍

California is actually where I was first introduced to Barre classes and fell in love ❤️

This is my hometown, and while I’m here visiting, I’m getting inspiration for The Back Space and our offerings.

I always love to take classes when I travel and get inspired ✨

We have such a beautiful space to work with and fill with good energy and great people.

Feeling grateful for all the opportunities that I haven’t yet tapped into with you all ✨
