CSA MOVE UPDATE: SUNDAY JUNE 29th 2025

We are in the home stretch today for the final day of gym set up to reopen on Monday. We need all the help we can get today for the final Push!!!

The Mall hours are 11AM-6PM today so we have a lot to do and a short amount of time. Everyone who can help today we will starting at 11AM sharp ans for those that cant come until later that’s fine please do 🤗.

Please use the Men’s Wearhouse or Subway entrances.

CSA MOVE UPDATE: And STAGE 2 of our move is now complete!!! 8 Years at this location has come to an end and we now move on to the next exciting chapter of expansion and growth for CSA… but 1st the next 2 Months we will be in in our Temporary Location at the Stoneridge Mall while construction is completed in our “Forever Home” 😜.

HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that has helped so far in making the Tear Down, The Load Out and Load In possible ❤️.

It’s now time for the Final Stage “STAGE 3- Gym Set Up”! Over the next few days we will be setting up the gym, laying down the mats, setting up the equipment, cleaning, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to make sure everything that needs to be done gets done properly we will have a slight delay and will be starting classes on Monday instead of Thursday … Thank you for your patience and understanding while be ensure that the membership experience you have come to expect from US will be preserved and possible.

Anyone who wants to help with the final stage can come to the temp location today after 10AM and help us get ready for Opening on Monday 🤗🤗🤗.

MOVE UPDATE: These Updates Will be provided Daily so be on the look out 🙏.

As of today, we are on schedule with the relocation to the temp location in the Mall 🤗!!!

STAGE 1.) The “TEAR DOWN PHASE” on Friday was an amazing success, and we are now currently on to stage 2:

STAGE 2.) The “MOVE OUT PHASE” Yesterday and today is moving along as scheduled. Tomorrow will begin the next and final stage:

STAGE 3.) The “SET UP PHASE” Monday - Wednesday of this upcoming week we will be setting up/ building out the temporary space with the goal of getting back to business and restarting classes as planned on Thursday.

This last phase is where I’m going to need the most help to meet the time lines we have set. When we have determined the best course of action after Stage 2 is complete we will put out the call to action.

For today we are cleaning up at the Dublin location so just need a couple bodies to help with basic sweeping dusting vacuuming type duties … the more we do today the less we need to do tomorrow. 🤗

EXCITING NEWS: WE ARE EXPANDING & MOVING!!!

We are super excited to announce that CSA GYM is Teaming up with Simon Properties Group and Moving / Expanding our Gym into The Stone Ridge Mall which is less than 2 miles / 4 Minutes from our current location. Conveniently located at the 580/680 Freeways Intersection with ample parking and its own dedicated BART Stop.

We are building out an ALL NEW Two Story 25,000 SQF World Class Training Facility offering the same World Class Model of Self Defense, Fighting and Fitness that our members have come to rely on and expect while upgrading and expanding our space in this all-new amazing Location.

In this new location we will not only be expanding our hours, our existing class schedules and adding more Mat Space for MMA, Krav Maga and CrossFit but we will also be adding new service offerings including; Deka Fit, HYROX and like our BlackHawk Location we be adding a dedicated State of the Art Commercial Gym.

While this New Expanded Gym is being built out, we will be taking over a temporary 15,000 sqf space in the Stoneridge Mall to seamlessly continue our current service offerings. The Moving Plan is as follows:

• Thursday June 19th 2025 we will be having our last classes at the current location.
• Friday June 20th 2025 we will begin the move to the temporary location in The Stoneridge Mall. Location information on the following page.
• Classes will be cancelled from Friday June 20th – Until the Following Week.
• Our Goal is to be moved, reopened and operational by Thursday 6/26 the following week (less than a week).

What an amazing event and experience put on yesterday… 20 weeks of hard work and immersion experience with these incredible warriors led up to their 1st fights ever. The Team went 4-4 yesterday against some of the best gyms in the Bay took on and and every single fight and athlete was beyond inspiring. Special thanks to awesome coaches that led the way through out these 20 weeks; .with.us and all helped train this group daily!!! And of course what a pleasure it was to assist in the corner for all these killers. I could not be prouder or more thankful for all she has done and dedicated through leading the two seasons have been apart of the Alta Program. She is such an gifted and Knowledgable Coach and we are incredibly lucky to have her at CSA as one of our Fight Team Leaders. Thank you Jessy ❤️.

BOOM it’s going down!!! This Saturday Night…October 15th will be the 14th Annual CSA Halloween Costume Bash!!! PotLuck, Food, Drink, Live DJ and Music, Games, 50 Foot Bounce House / Obstacle Course. Due to the popularity of our Halloween Parties a few rules have to put in place; 1.) You have to wear a Costume to attend, No Costume = No Party. 2.) If you are not a CSA Employee or Current Member you must either be attending with a CSA Member / Employee or Invited by ME personally!!! Bring a Dish, Bring A Friend and BYOB!!! Our Halloween parties are always epic and this will be our BEST PARTY EVER!!!!

And your winner out of the Red Corner is !!! I don’t know about you but all I saw was a Muaythai Clinic and 2+ Minutes of Back Control 😜🤷‍♂️ So pleased with Fili’s ability to bounce back after his last fight, come back and beat the guy that beat the guy that beat him and to tie Jose Aldo and Volk with 10 Career Wins in the UFC was a nice addition. He followed the game plan and executed perfectly no one deserved that fight more. Love you dude ❤️
