Quick reminder: you’re allowed to begin before you’re “ready”.

You don’t need the right outfit.
You don’t need a workout routine.
You don’t need a friend to come with.
You definitely don’t need to know what a Megaformer is or how it works. None of us did either.

Just bring yourself. For everything else—we’ve got you!

Just a girl…

…who joined us in 2021, had two babies since then (with baby #3 due in DAYS), became an instructor in 2024, and today became THE FIRST PERSON in LAGREE HOUSE HISTORY to take 1,000 CLASSES.

And somewhere between 1,000 classes and baby #3…we also reached 10,000 followers.

It’s been a privilege to grow with you, Jill.

Not a bad day at the House. 🫶

Our girls. LB + B 🤍

The amount of responsibility they take on, relationships they’ve built, ideas they’ve brought to life, and changes they make behind the scenes at LH every single day is honestly incredible.

Our right-hand ladies, our managers, the backbone of the House. Give it upppp 👏
