The program also includes Dublin Youth Rugby for players at the middle school and elementary school levels. The team competes throughout Columbus and the rest of the state. The High School team competed in their first official season in the spring of 2016 and played against teams from Columbus and the Dayton area. The 7th & 8th grade tackle rugby team will play in a Columbus only league in the spring of 2016 which will conclude with the State Championship Tournament toward the end of May. The 5th & 6th grade team will be a flag rugby team. Here the kids will learn the basics of rugby, play games every weekend and also begin to be taught proper tackling technique for when they move up to the tackle team.
