Pride Month, observed annually in June, is a global celebration of LGBTQ+ culture and community. It commemorates the 1969 Stonewall Riots in New York City, which served as a catalyst for the modern rights movement. The month focuses on activism, equality, and honoring LGBTQ+ contributions.

Locally, the first Columbus PRIDE march in 1982 was just around 200 people. Today, the Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival and March welcome over 700,000 visitors to Columbus and the Central Ohio region.

This year, the Columbus Pride Festival is at Goodale Park, June 19 &20, with our Pride March on the 20th.

Meet our assistant manager, Ashley - Ashley brings a strong background in property management and a genuine love for working with people. Her favorite part of the job is building real relationships with residents and getting to know them as individuals. She believes a great community starts with feeling seen and supported.

Originally from Marion, Ohio, Ashley knows the area well and loves sharing local favorites. Her go-to spot is Panini Opa, where she swears by the chicken gyro with banana peppers.

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Ashley out walking her dog, Violet, or spending time at local festivals and markets. She’s always up for good food, fresh air, and a great community vibe.
