Tri Valley Babe Ruth 2024-2025 Season Tryouts
Tri Valley Babe Ruth holds two tryout dates each Summer for players who are interested in joining our League. At our tryout, players will be participating in 5 baseball drills designed to demonstrate their proficiency in the following categories: Hitting, Pitching, Running, Infield/throws, Outfield/throws. Each baseball station is accompanied by current TVBR players providing demonstration and encouragement.
Age groups welcome to participate in the tryout include 13, 14, and 15. Each year, TVBR adds a new 13 year old age cohort. We generally add a total of 25 players in the 13 age group. We have a lesser amount of spots available for 14 and 15 year olds.
TVBR players tend to be athletes that prioritize baseball as our program consists of four individual seasons totaling 10 months of baseball a year. However, plenty of our players also participate in Fall sports as well. Our players tend to have ample experience in baseball and have excelled in their respective Little League and Travel programs.
