Hi, I’m Ella! I’m excited to be joining the Mesh Fitness team as a personal trainer!

I’ve spent years in the gym and have a background in bodybuilding, which has shaped my approach as a personal trainer today. I’m passionate about helping others build a strong foundation physically and mentally through fitness.

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and hold an Associates of Applied Science in Exercise Science and Sports Studies.
