What is your favorite FUN WEEKEND workout????? Check out this Pinterest link... ❤️ trying out a FUN, new way to workout on the weekends. This can be done on the floor, repeat three times, after every set add 30 seconds of cardio (Jumping jacks, jog, high knee run, skater). Enjoy the 🔥!!!!
