Milestones like this are never built alone.
This past Saturday, Coach Baylin earned her 100th career win as the head coach at Dublin Jerome, with the staff moving to 102-32 overall after this week's matches. In just five and a half seasons, this staff has earned the most wins in Jerome volleyball history, a mark that reflects over 20 years of tradition, but more importantly, the relentless standard set by every athlete who has worn the jersey.
While the record is an incredible honor, a number like 100 is simply a byproduct of culture, consistency, and community. The real credit belongs to the players who show up every single day willing to put in the work, trust the process, and compete for one another every time they step on the court. It is a direct reflection of daily buy-in, dedicated and elite assistant coaches, supportive families, and a community full of Celtic fans.
Thank you to everyone who has had a hand in building this program. Proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for the journey, and locked in on what’s ahead. Celts over everything, Family over everything 💚🏐
