✨ Hopping on here to celebrate another amazing milestone at Formhouse! ✨

Today, Kayla taught her 150th class, and we couldn't be more proud of her!

Kayla is one of our founding instructors here at the studio, and watching her grow into the incredible instructor and leader she is today has been such a rewarding experience. She wears many hats at Formhouse from instructor, to assistant manager, to our designated shot girl on Twerk It Tuesdays!No matter the role, she always shows up with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

To know Kayla is to love her. She brings so much energy, kindness, and dedication to our community, and we are beyond blessed to have her as part of the Formhouse family.

Thank you, Kayla, for your hard work, your heart, and the impact you've made on so many women over the last 150 classes. We love you and can't wait to celebrate many more milestones with you! 💗✨🎉

Today was Ali girls 150th class taught here at Formhouse! ✨

We are beyond proud of her and constantly amazed by her work ethic. She shows up prepared every single time with a fire routine and playlist without fail! This girl works a full-time job outside of teaching here too… truly superwoman at its finest. 💗

Ali has become such a special part of our community and brings so much energy, encouragement, and passion to every class she teaches. We are so thankful for everything she pours into this space and the women in it.

Such a fun morning celebrating our girl and this huge milestone! We love you, Ali! ✨

We would like to welcome the newest member of our Formhouse team, Molly! ✨

You’ll see Molly sprinkled throughout the schedule over the next month, and then she’ll be taking over some regular reformer classes starting at the end of June!

Molly has been working toward her full comprehensive Pilates reformer certification since late 2025 and just finished the last of her instructional hours. She has fallen in love with Pilates over the past two years and has taken on a special love for reformer. She has worked so hard to grow not only in her own practice, but also in the educational side of things so she can bring safe, effective, and thoughtful classes to our clients here at Formhouse.

Her first class is tomorrow morning at 8:15, so keep an eye out for more classes with her on the schedule!

We are so thrilled to have our unofficial “Formhouse mom” as a permanent fixture on the reformer schedule! 🤍

We’ve added some fun new goodies for summer! Our new Formhouse hats have officially arrived and we are obsessedddd. We also did a summer restock on Hydrojugs with new sizes, colors, and styles now available in studio!

Formhouse Summer Sculpt Challenge is HERE ☀️

To kick off the start of summer, we’ve put together a fun class challenge — 20 classes in 30 days starting June 1st! 🤍

How it works! ✨✨✨
-All classes apply: Hot Sculpt, Pilates Flow, Yoga, Reformer!
-Post the “iPhone log” graphic to your story and place a 🤍 over each class completed (or write the class number completed) (or post your class selfie with your class number) and tag Formhouse!
-We will also have a large challenge tracker hanging up at the studio for you to check off after every class attended during the challenge!
-At the end of the month, we will verify winners through our online attendance records.

What do I win?! ✨✨✨
-EVERYONE who completes the challenge will receive an EXCLUSIVE custom Summer Sculpt Club tee shirt! (value $34)

Instructor Highlight ✨ Our queen, Miss Ali Switzer

✨✨✨ Ali joined us back in the fall as a short-term fill in, and since then she has truly planted roots within this community and decided to make Formhouse her permanent home! Having Ali as a permanent fixture here at Formhouse has been such a blessing in so many ways. We love her spirit, ambition, drive, and the fun energy she brings to the floor every single class!

Thank you for being such an important part of the Formhouse family… we truly don’t know what we would do without you! 💗

You can find Ali on the schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30am & 6:45am, as well as every other Saturday at 8:30am & 9:45am! She brings a challenging class while still being intentional about reading the room and offering assistance and modifications to ensure classes stay rigorous yet accessible for all skill levels!

We love you, Ali, and feel so beyond blessed to have you in our community and a part of the Formhouse family! ✨🫶🏼😘

Just a friendly reminder that we will be closed Monday the 25th in honor of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

We will miss you ladies, but take the day to spend time with family, rest up, and take a moment to appreciate why we celebrate this day. Remember the men and women who lost their lives and paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving this amazing country we all get to call home. ❤️🤍💙

Baby Goat Yoga ✨🐐✨

Formhouse Studio is stepping out of its comfort zone tomorrow for a super fun community event at the Grant County Fairgrounds!

Grant County High School FFA is hosting Baby Goat Yoga tomorrow, May 16th at 2:00 PM, and Formhouse will be volunteering our time to help instruct the event! Come see Kate and a few of your favorite instructors while supporting the amazing youth in our community 🤍
