The sweetest, most unexpected surprise 🥹

Kayla and the rest of our Formhouse team threw such a sweet welcome-back celebration for my first evening class back after having my baby, and I couldn’t feel more blessed to have the best studio family!

Reading through all of the sweet notes our clients wrote for me had me feeling so loved and appreciated. It truly made me realize just how rewarding this entire experience has been not only for me, but for so many other women who have found a home and community within Formhouse.

So thankful for every instructor, client, and woman who makes this community what it is. My heart is so full, and it feels so good to be back 🥹🫶🏼

Introducing our new 10 lb Power Ring! We’ve heard your requests for slightly heavier weights and more ways to level up your practice, and we can’t wait for the variety and challenge this new prop will bring to your classes.

When community also lives outside the studio 🫶🏼

Movement meets community at Salt & Honey Salon! We had such a fun time this past weekend with the Salt & Honey girls. They put together such a beautiful event, and we were so excited to be invited to lead them through some movement!

We loved getting to see so many of our sweet Formhouse clients outside of the studio and move together through an amazing routine led by one of our incredible instructors, Ali! Salt & Honey is such a beautiful space filled with an even more talented team of stylists, and we loved getting to spend the morning with them!

✨☕️ Join us next Saturday for a little Pi-Lattes!

We're so excited to have Brew Baby Coffee set up outside Formhouse Studio for the morning! They'll be set up August 1st from 7:45 AM–11:00 AM while all three of our Saturday morning classes are in session.

Our Saturday classes tend to fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance through Mindbody!

Not taking class? No problem! If you're local and just looking for your morning coffee fix, we'd love for you to stop by, grab a drink, and support this sweet local business. We can't wait to see you all next Saturday! 💕
