Due to the temperatures forecasted for next week, we will be moving to time of open fields. We will hold it from 6-8pm Tuesday & Thursday (next week only)!

Middle school (7th & 8th grade only) players planning to attend open fields, which begin this week. Below is some information you may need:

* Players must be in 7th or 8th grade

* Players can ride a bus from the middle school to the high school field. You will need to send a parent note approving them to be transported.
Parents are also welcome to pick their player up from school and transport them to the field!

* All players will need an updated physical uploaded into Arbriter. If they don’t have this done yet, it’s ok. Bring a paper copy with you and the coaches will help you with this.

* In the event that open fields are canceled (due to weather etc), updates will be made to our page as soon as those decisions are made. Our coaches will also notify the middle school, who will make an announcement regarding those changes.

We are looking forward to working with your players!

Open Field will begin next week on 8/25. They will be on Tuesday & Thursdays every week 4-6pm .

Players must have an updated physical to participate and must 7th grade & up!

The Lady Braves wrapped up the 2025-2026 season with their annual banquet last night. Enjoy the summer and we’ll see you back on the field soon!

‼️UPDATE - rain delay. Game time has been moved to 6 PM.

Our Lady Braves will take on South Oldham HS in the first round of the 8th Region softball tournament beginning tomorrow, Sunday, May 24th at South Oldham HS beginning at 12:00 noon. Congratulations to our GCHS Lady Braves & coaches - 32nd District Runner-Up. Also, congratulations to Peyton Gosney & Aubrey Isaacs, both chosen for the All-Tournament team.

The girls will play in the Regional Tournament which begins this weekend.

TIME CHANGE- due to predicted incoming weather, tonight’s District Championship game time vs Simon Kenton has been changed. Start time will now be 5:00 pm at Ott Reed field.
