Today, we celebrate Juneteenth. ✊🏾

Juneteenth is an opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come, recognize those who paved the way, and recommit ourselves to making a positive impact wherever we have influence.

As a coach, I’m reminded daily of the importance of creating pathways for the next generation. Success is built not only through talent and hard work, but through access, education, leadership, and community.

Whether it’s on the field, in the classroom, in business, or within our communities, let’s continue empowering others & opening doors.

Athletes spent Saturday morning participating in a tackle football camp learning the fundamentals that build confidence, toughness, and safety on the football field. From proper body positioning and leverage to tracking, wrapping, driving, and finishing tackles, every rep had a purpose.

✅ Competitive drills & live application

Big shoutout to all the athletes who showed up ready to work, compete, and get better. The effort, energy, and coachability on display were outstanding.

Football isn’t just about making tackles, it’s about doing it the right way. Proud of the progress made and excited to see these athletes carry it onto the field this season.

Today we honor Martin Luther King, Jr. and the legacy he left through courage, service, and unwavering faith in humanity.

Dr. King reminded us that progress isn’t passive, it requires action, integrity, and a commitment to lift others as we climb. His call to lead with empathy, stand for justice, and serve something bigger than ourselves is just as relevant in our workplaces and communities today.

🚨 FINAL TRYOUT – THIS SATURDAY! 🚨
We’ve had two great evaluation sessions over the past month and this weekend is our last and final PolyRise 7v7 Tryout!

📍 Westlake HS Practice Fields
📅 Saturday, December 6th
⏰ 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

To finish strong, we’re making this session FREE for all athletes.

We’re also inviting athletes to bring a friend or share with other families who want to be part of something special. Every athlete who attends will receive a FREE scouting report as part of our standard evaluation.

If your athlete is attending (and especially if they’re bringing a friend), please let us know ahead of time so we can have scouting reports ready.

We’re excited to continue evaluating talent and preparing for a great 2025 season. Thank you for your support and trust in PolyRise 7v7. See you on the field Saturday!
