Meet Coach Ruby—our hometown trainer with a heart for people, art, and deadlifts!

Ruby recently returned home after earning her B.S. in Community Health from the University of Kansas, where she first discovered her love for coaching while working as a weight-room specialist at the university rec center. She’s not just a certified personal trainer—she’s committed to helping people overcome barriers and build sustainable fitness habits.

Ruby believes that movement should support your life, not interrupt it. She excels at building rapport fast, supporting clients through confidence leaps, and watching them hit meaningful progress.

FUN FACTS ABOUT RUBY:

She loves a good deadlift—and she’ll help you master yours too.

She’s an artist at heart: she paints landscapes in oil, studied art for a summer in Cambridge, England, and has a creative eye for detail.

Catch her unwinding with music, fishing, or hanging out with Sweet P, her Jack Russell–Pug mix.

Most importantly, Ruby’s faith in Jesus guides her coaching with humility, compassion, and purpose.
