How much longer are you going to wait to demand the best of and for yourself?
-Epictetus

Focus on Choice: You choose your reactions; external events are neutral.

Embrace Difficulty: Challenges build mental strength, like labor builds the body.

Act Now: Don't wait for a perfect moment; the time to be better is always now.

Find a Model: Choose a virtuous person to emulate to measure your own character.

Live Fully: Treat each day as a complete life, enjoying the present without excessive future anxiety.
